At Dizzle Distribution, all sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds once an order has been placed, processed, or delivered.
However, we stand behind the products we sell. If there is an issue with your order or you would like to return eligible product, we may offer store credit under the conditions below.
Store Credit Eligibility
To qualify for store credit, returned products must be:
- Sent back within 30 days of delivery
- Sealed and unopened
- In resellable condition
- In the original packaging
- Free from any damage, tampering, labeling changes, or signs of use
Products that have been opened, used, altered, damaged, tampered with, or are no longer in resellable condition will not qualify for store credit.
Return Approval Required
All returns must be approved by Dizzle Distribution before being sent back. Products returned without prior approval may be refused and may not qualify for store credit.
To request a return, please contact your sales rep with your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
Store Credit
Approved returns will be issued as store credit only. Store credit may be used toward future purchases on DizzleDist.com or directly through Dizzle Distribution.
For larger orders, bulk orders, or high-volume returns, a restocking fee may apply. Any restocking fee will be reviewed and determined by Dizzle Distribution based on the size of the order, product condition, and handling required.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our end.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or contains the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details so we can review the issue and make it right.
Final Decision
Dizzle Distribution reserves the right to approve, deny, or partially approve any return or store credit request based on the condition of the returned product and the details of the order.
